Enrolling in “Multi-Factor Authentication”

1. Enter your User ID and click on Log In.

2. Enter your Password and click on Sign In.

3. Read the Disclosure, then click on the ‘Enroll’ button to accept.

4. Enter a PassPhrase of your choice, then click on ‘change image’.

5. Select a picture of your choice.

6. Select and answer the 3 challenge questions, then select a “ Registration “ choice.

7. Verify your PassPhrase, Picture, Challenge Questions, and Registration choice & click on Finish.
