What are eStatements?
eStatements are simply your account statements in electronic format. This allows you to see your statements online

Do eStatements look similar and contain the same information as my paper statements?
Yes. They look exactly like your paper statement with all the same information.

What are the benefits of eStatements?
eStatements are fast. eStatements are generally available within 1-2 days from the beginning of each month.  In comparison, paper statements that need to be printed, stuffed into envelopes, sealed, metered and mailed can take up to two weeks to be received. In addition, eStatements help cut down on paper clutter! And eStatements are safe.  eStatements are not delivered by mail, which eliminates the possibility of your statement ending up in the wrong persons' hands.

Can eStatements be printed and saved?
Yes. eStatements can easily be printed and/or downloaded and saved to your PC for easy, anytime retrieval.  Downloaded files are in PDF format and can be viewed with Adobe Acrobat Reader which is available free of charge at www.adobe.com.

How many months of statements can I access?
Your eStatements are available for the past 18 months!  If you enroll today for eStatements, you will be able to see your past 18 months worth of statements immediately.  We recommend you download and save a copy of each eStatement on your PC if you desire to keep more than the past 18 months worth of statements.

Will I receive my paper statement anymore?
No.  After enrolling in eStatements, we will discontinue the mailing of your paper statement.

How do I enroll for eStatements?
First, you must have a PCU online account.  Second, simply login to your PCU account and click on the eStatements button at the top of your screen.  Upon accepting the terms in the disclosure, you'll confirm Macromedia Flash Player software is installed on your PC, then key in your email address for the monthly email notification.  Once you've completed the enrollment process you will have immediate access to your eStatements for the past 18 months!  When entering your email address, please use the same e-mail address that is currently tied to your PCU account profile.

Does it matter if I use Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator to access the Internet?
No, but Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or higher is the preferred browser for accessing this application.

Do I need any special software to use the eStatement service?
Yes.  Macromedia Flash Player software is required to view your eStatements.  This is a FREE software that can be downloaded/installed on your PC.  During the eStatements enrollment process, your PC will be checked to see if the software is already installed on your PC, and a download link is available if needed.  Adobe Acrobat Reader software is needed to view your eStatement only if you choose to download your eStatement file and view it from your computer. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader, you can click here for your free download.

How will I know when I can view my statement?
You will receive an email notification whenever a new statement is available for viewing.  Important: Your eStatement will not be sent to you in an email,  Only a notification that your eStatement is available to view through your secure PCU online account.

What do I do if my email address changes?
You can provide your new email address for eStatement notification by logging into your PCU online account and click on "Preferences" then choose "Change E-mail".
